Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At RookieRoadmap.com, we strive to provide high-quality services and products. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

2. Online Courses and Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our courses and products, refunds are generally not available once a course has been accessed or a digital product has been downloaded.

If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to a purchased course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Refund requests for online courses must be made within 48 hours of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed.

3. Online Tuition and Coaching Sessions

Refunds for one-to-one online tuition and coaching sessions will be granted if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be provided.

In cases of technical issues caused by us, rescheduling or a refund may be considered.

4. In-Person Coaching, Seminars, and Certifications

Refunds for in-person coaching, seminars, and certification programmes will be granted if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the event.

If cancelled within 7 days of the event, a 50% refund may be provided.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

If we cancel an event, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. Online Store Purchases

Physical Products: Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

6. Subscription Services

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period.

Refunds for billing errors may be granted if reported within 7 days of the charge.

7. Third-Party Services

Services provided by third parties, including third-party coaches, are not the responsibility of RookieRoadmap.com.

Third-party coaches and service providers may have their own policies, terms, and conditions, which customers are responsible for reviewing before purchasing or booking a service.

We do not process refunds for third-party services, and any refund requests must be directed to the respective third-party provider.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: [Physical Address].

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

10. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: [Physical Address].

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

11. How to Request a Refund

Refund processing times vary but generally take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
